One of the programs that holds a special place in my software folder is Starus FAT Recovery. It has come to my rescue multiple times when my USB flash drive stopped being recognized and Windows persistently suggested formatting it to fix the reading error. It is also useful for recovering data from a phone’s microSD card, whether it’s due to formatting or simply deleting photos.
