The program actually works! I successfully recovered a mistakenly formatted 2TB disk, and all the files and folder structure were preserved. It's excellent and worth every penny.
I recommend all users of RAID arrays to familiarize themselves with the Starus RAID Restore tool. It helped me rebuild the array from physical disks and quickly resurrect the data.
It's a useful program, but it's better to just be more careful. Data recovery is not always effective - if the files are overwritten, no one can help you anymore :(
The system crashed on my MacBook, and reinstalling macOS didn't help. On top of that, all the documents on the disk disappeared. At that time, the only thing I had on hand was a Windows desktop computer. Fortunately, it wasn't as bad as it seemed because I had the Starus Mac Restore program installed on Windows. I connected the disk to that computer and gained access to all the files on it, both existing and deleted. Everything worked great, and I'm satisfied!
I recommend keeping an eye on the health of your hard drives. When a disk starts to deteriorate, recovery can be challenging. In my case, I was fortunate and the Starus Partition Recovery tool came to my rescue. I created a disk image and continued the recovery process from it. It's an excellent program that can help in difficult situations!
