Thanks to the developers, the Starus Excel Recovery program has come to my rescue twice in difficult situations. Once, it successfully recovered a database of clients and contracts spanning several years of work after a file system failure. Another time, it managed to retrieve a portion of information from files affected by a macro virus in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
